Paul Heim, PT
Paul Heim is a 1987 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University. Paul has been serving Southern New Jersey as a Physical Therapist for over 23 years with experience in Geriatric, Sports, Orthopedic, and Industrial Rehabilitation. Paul is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and emphasizes a "hands-on" approach to physical therapy.
Richard Maung, PT, DPT, MPT
Richard Maung earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey where he also received his Masters of Physical Therapy Degree with distinction. His training includes internships at Cooper Hospital University Medical Center in Camden, NJ and Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in Pomona & Atlantic City, NJ. Richard is a co-founder of Achieve Physical Therapy & Fitness, LLC and has been in private practice for years. Richard specializes in the treatment of orthopaedic, industrial, sports injuries, and post-surgical conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. He has received additional training in Wellness and Fitness programs. Richard believes in a personalized and hands-on biomechanical approach to treatment. Richard also incorporates innovative and evidenced based practice to render the best possible care for his patients and clients. He is compassionate and became a physical therapist to help others. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Orthopaedic Section. Richard is a clinical education instructor for Richard Stockton College. He is also a volunteer team physical therapist for the Vineland Mastodons, AA semi-pro football team. Richard has received a New Jersey Senate Citation and Senate Resolution as well as Congressional Recognition for his professional accomplishments and civic contributions. Richard has been a lecturer and presenter for several large insurance companies as well as for the Rotary Club of Vineland. Richard and his partner Paul Heim established The Achieve Physical Therapy & Fitness Scholarship to benefit Doctorate Students at Richard Stockton College & Thomas Jefferson University. He is a Vineland High graduate and is proud to be able to practice and give back to his community.
John F. McGrail, MS, PT

John F. McGrail earned a Bachelor Degree of Science, plus a Masters Degrees in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in August of 1998. His elective graduate course work included: Clinical Electromyography & Motor, Sensory and SSEP Neuronal Conduction. John moved to Vineland in 2003 and is active in the community. John has over 10 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is also a Credentialed Clinical Instrctor by the APTA's Clinical Instructor Education and Credentialing Program. His experience includes practicing Physical Therapy in the orthopedic, acute, sub-acute, geriatric and neurological settings. He has also been the Clinical and Site Director at two Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Therapy Practices. John believes in a personalized and hands-on approach to Physical Therapy practice.
